GROOV (NZ) 1-Year Limited Warranty Policy for Ledger products
Thank you for choosing the Ledger Wallet from GROOV (NZ), an authorized reseller in New Zealand. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. This 1-Year Limited Warranty Policy ("Warranty") outlines the terms and conditions that apply specifically to the Ledger Wallet purchased from GROOV (NZ).
1. Warranty Coverage:
GROOV (NZ) warrants that the Ledger Wallet, purchased from GROOV (NZ), will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Ledger Wallet and is non-transferable.
2. Warranty Service:
GROOV (NZ) provides software support for the Ledger Wallet. If you encounter any software-related issues, our customer support team will be pleased to assist you in resolving them.
For hardware defects, GROOV (NZ) will facilitate the warranty claim process on behalf of the customer. In such cases, the customer will be required to send the defective Ledger Wallet to GROOV (NZ) office in Christchurch, New Zealand.
3. Warranty Claim Procedure:
To initiate a warranty claim for your Ledger Wallet, please follow these steps:
a. Contact GROOV (NZ) customer support at [Submit A Request Form].
b. Provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) clearly showing the date and place of purchase.
c. Describe the issue with the Ledger Wallet to the GROOV support team in detail. They will guide you through the troubleshooting process and determine if the issue is related to software or hardware.
4. Warranty Exclusions:
This Warranty does not cover the following:
a. Damage resulting from improper use, handling, or storage of the Ledger Wallet.
b. Failure to follow the user guide and safety instructions provided by Ledger.
c. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
d. Tampering, modification, or repair attempts by unauthorized persons.
e. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic damages.
f. Damage resulting from exposure to extreme conditions, including but not limited to water or fire.
g. Loss of data or cryptocurrencies stored on the Ledger Wallet.
5. Return of Defective Products:
If the GROOV support team confirms that the issue is related to hardware and needs to be sent to Ledger France for repair or replacement, they will provide you with a return shipping label. You can use this label to send the defective Ledger Wallet to GROOV (NZ) office in Christchurch.
6. Forwarding to Ledger France:
Once GROOV (NZ) receives the defective Ledger Wallet, they will forward it to Ledger France for repair or replacement on behalf of the customer.
7. Return Shipping Costs:
GROOV (NZ) is committed to providing excellent customer service, and as part of the warranty process, we will cover the shipping costs for both sending the defective Ledger Wallet from the customer to the GROOV (NZ) office in Christchurch and forwarding it to Ledger France for repair or replacement.
8. Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances shall GROOV (NZ) be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Ledger Wallet. The total liability of GROOV (NZ) in relation to the warranty claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Ledger Wallet.
10. Modifications to the Warranty:
GROOV (NZ) reserves the right to modify or amend this Warranty Policy at any time. The most current version of the Warranty will be posted on our website.
