Where are you located?

We are based in Christchurch, New Zealand. We ship all orders from our office in Christchurch.

Can I pickup my order?

YES! Pickup is available by appointment only, and you must order via our website.

Simply select “Pickup” at checkout, then complete your purchase online.

Once you’ve placed your order, we will send you the notification email then you can schedule a pickup with us.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

We DISPATCH in-stock items within 1 business day or state otherwise. Orders placed during a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day.

How do you ship my order?

It’s your choice! We have three company options that you can choose from, CourierPost (NZ Post), New Zealand Couriers and Post Haste with the tracking number & signature required.

You can choose your preferred shipping company at checkout.

YES! We are currently shipping to Australia using International Air Small Parcel service (shipping usually takes 3-10 business days).
