Delivery issues

“Signature Required” shipping will be applied for all orders.

If the driver has:

  • left your parcel without a signature

  • left it in an unsafe place

  • did not follow your instructions

  • delivered your package to the wrong address

  • masked as delivered but you haven't received it

please contact and lodge a claim/report it to the courier company directly.

If you wish to leave your parcel at a safe place, please provide delivery instructions to the courier directly.

Please note: By giving authority for the courier to sign for and leave your parcel, you also acknowledge that GROOV (NZ) will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to the parcel left at the address in accordance with your instructions. This means it's up to you to ensure the location you have specified is safe and secure.

If your item is lost/damaged while in transit, please contact us immediately.

If your item has been successfully delivered per instructed, but it's been stolen/taken/robbed from another person, please report it to the police directly.

Processing time & Delivery timeframe

We process orders daily, Monday-Friday. Our cut-off time is 1 pm. All orders placed after 1 pm will be processed the NEXT WORKING DAY.

Once your order is with the courier companies:

  • New Zealand-wide deliveries typically take overnight in some areas or between 3 – 10 working days following dispatch.

  • If you have any questions or concerns or redirect your parcel, please get in touch with the courier company directly.
