Shipping Policy:

Thank you for considering GROOV (NZ) for your order. Please review the following shipping details before proceeding with your purchase:

1. Refunds and Returns:

Please be mindful of your choices as we do not offer refunds for changes of mind.

2. Free Delivery Offer:

We are delighted to provide Free Delivery on orders over NZD 250*.

3. Shipping Costs:

For Online Orders valued at NZD 249.99 or less, a delivery fee will apply. The exact shipping cost can be viewed during checkout. Please note that shipping costs for both domestic and international orders are non-refundable.

4. Order Processing and Dispatch:

We process orders daily, from Monday to Friday, and dispatch all orders from Christchurch, New Zealand. If the products are in stock, we aim to have them ready for dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order. In case an item is out of stock, we will either order it into a store or have it dispatched directly from the manufacturer.

5. Delivery Timeframes:

Once your order is with our courier partners, New Zealand-wide deliveries typically take overnight in some areas, while in others, it may take between 3 – 10 working days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details as soon as your order has been processed.

6. Multiple Items:

For orders with multiple items, there is a possibility that they may be sent in separate installments due to stock levels and availability.

7. Courier Service Delays:

Please be patient as courier services may experience delays, impacting delivery times and our store stock levels. To check the availability of items in your order, we recommend visiting each product page or contacting us before finalizing your purchase.

8. Sale Periods:

During sale periods, there might be delays in delivery times due to a high volume of orders.

9. Order Inspection upon Reception:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us within three days. We will assess the issue and make it right.

10. Pick up in Christchurch City:

Pick-up is available by appointment only. During checkout, select the "Pickup" option. Once your order is placed, we will send you a notification email, allowing you to schedule a pickup with us.

11. Shipping to Australia and the Rest of the World:

We currently offer shipping to Australia using the International Air Small Parcel service, which typically takes 3-10 business days. Additionally, we ship worldwide using the same service, with shipping usually taking 15-25 business days.

Please note that any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc., required by the importing country are the purchaser's responsibility. We do not collect these charges beforehand and cannot provide an estimate of their cost.
