It’s your choice! We have three company options that you can choose from, CourierPost (NZ Post), New Zealand Couriers and Post Haste with the tracking number & signature required.

If the driver has left your parcel without a signature/left it in an unsafe place/did not follow your instructions, please lodge a claim/report it to the courier company directly.

If you wish to leave your parcel at a safe place, please provide delivery instructions to the courier directly.

If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

If your item has been successfully delivered per instructed, but it's been stolen/taken/robbed from another person, please report it to the police directly.

Important Note: By giving authority for the courier to sign for and leave your parcel, you also acknowledge that we will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to the parcel left at the address in accordance with your instructions. This means it's up to you to ensure the location you have specified is safe and secure.

YES! You will receive the notification email with your tracking number AND another email notification once the courier has scanned your parcel at their depot.

At GROOV, we’re doing our best to help our customers. If you find that you have problems with your Ledger wallet, please get in touch with our support team, and we can help you repair it with no service charge.

YES! We are currently shipping to Australia using International Air Small Parcel service (shipping usually takes 3-10 business days).
